Yes, I'm yelling THANK YOU because yesterday was SOOO good.
I wanted to take time to share more thoughts while they were fresh in my mind. Laura, you are a gift. I already knew you were a special soul before yesterday, but I didn't know the depth and width of your wisdom and gifts.
I left the meeting yesterday with a full mind and heart -- perhaps that was my soul saying hello; it's been a while, friend. I felt tired yesterday, but it was a GOOD mental tiredness. Like my brain, mind, and heart worked in ways that it hadn't worked in a really long time. I did not expect to wake up feeling more confident and still percolating on all the goodness we generated yesterday.
There were so many AHA moments for me yesterday I cannot put it all into words. I did hear my old friend, perfectionism, come into play during one exercise! It's good to hear it because then I can work to overcome it! It felt AMAZING to remember and appreciate my accomplishments. I LOVED the Hero Bars so so so much. I tried to explain some of this to my husband, and he was like, wow! Lol, obviously, there is no way to explain it all, but I think he sees me lighter today. Lighter in mood, more confident, and still bathing in my accomplishments and the many nuggets revealed yesterday.
Let me know when you are planning your next workshop and I will gladly participate. I have had a lot of coaching over the years, and there is something to be said for great content --which I believe the Heroic program has-- but YOU bring your special ZEST, energy, and past accomplishments and experience to add to it and it makes for a POWERFUL program.
